Problems with Live Quotes Page
Firstly make sure you are viewing the page through frames do not create a
shortcut to the page as then the page will not update. The frames are necessary,
because they invoke the JavaScript which update the prices.
For most pages on the internet, the content does not change on a second by second
basis. Live data, however does change rapidly and therefore an adjustnent must
be made by the user to accomodate this.
To use this site you must have JavaScript enabled and have your Disk Cache
set to view the pages every time it loads the pages. This will slow down other sites on
the Internet, but it is essential for viewing the live quotes we provide.
Disk Cache changes must be made for both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer. You
must change your cache settings so that the page is reloaded not "once per session", but
"at every view." It is recommended to clear out your disk and memory cache whenever you
are viewing a page that you think is out of date.
JavaScript has to be enabled for the pages to automatically update. We are
using the latest in web technology and this requires JavaScript to be an integral
part of the site. If it is not enabled, the page won't automatically update.
